The Swissceramill ceramic end mills have been developed to achieve higher productivity in the machining of aluminum, copper, brass and various plastics.
This technology is new worldwide and it is the first tool with which you can reduce the machining time due to the high cutting speeds, feeds and infeeds.
With Swissceramill we achieve a productivity increase of 400%.
Every second counts.
It is best to make an appointment and we will support you.

NEW REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGY IN MILLING
MILL FASTER
SAVE MORE TIME
LONGER LIFE TIME
HIGHER QUALITY
SWISS CERA MILL - CERAMIC MILL
SWISS CERA MILL ceramic milling cutters were developed to achieve a longer service life for non-ferrous metals, light metals and plastics. Thanks to a special ceramic material based on zirconium oxide and special grinding processes, we are now able to achieve a service life of at least 10x to 20x compared to hard metals. Numerous tests with customers prove it impressively.
Which cutter shapes can be produced?
All tool shapes can be produced which are possible in HM.
End mill
Torus cutter
Half-round cutter
Special milling cutter
For which materials are the ceramic milling cutters suitable?
Ceramic cutters are generally perfect for all light metals, non-ferrous metals and plastics.
aluminum
copper
Brass
All plastics
PEEK
All non-ferrous metals
Which sizes can be produced?
Any size can be produced. We recommend the standard size of 6mm, because we can deliver it immediately as a standard.
ø1 - ø5mm to order / at least 2 pieces
ø6 - 12mm standard available immediately (our recommendation at the beginning)
ø16 - ø20mm on order / at least 2 pieces
What quantities can be produced?
We can make them all quantities on request.
From 1 piece only possible with the standard product ø6mm
Small quantities and prototypes from 2 pieces possible (after testing with ø6mm)
Medium series from 10 pieces possible
Large series from 50 pieces possible
How are the ceramic milling cutters ideally clamped?
The clamping of the ceramic milling cutter can be set up on
Shrink fit chucks, hydrode chucks, power chucks, powRgrip and precision collets
The clamping of the ceramic milling cutter must not be clamped on
Weldon chucks and collet chucks
