DENTAL BRACKET MADE OF ALUMINUM OXIDE
We have developed new dental brackets made of transparent Al2O3 for our customers. There are a total of 8 different brackets right and left, which enable the full supply of tooth correction. The ceramic brackets have a high level of aesthetics and excellent biocompatibility.

HIGH-TECH MILLING GEOMETRY
With one of our partners specializing in precision grinding tools, we were able to develop new tool geometries. These tool geometries can be ground on all cutter diameters and all conceivable types. The service life increases by at least 50% and the surface quality is consistently good and without negative milling marks as with the standard milling cutters.

HIGH PRECISION SHARPENING OF LASERED PCD DRILLS
With one of our partners specializing in precision grinding tools, we were able to regrind very expensive PCD drills. This enabled us to reduce the drilling costs from CHF 2.- per hole to CHF 0.40 per hole. The PCD drills can be reground up to 10 times. With such intelligent solutions, we support our customers in making their processes safe.
